Second2 & Third3 is a lifestyle brand centered around wellness. A digital haven to foster community, educate and affirm for people of the African diaspora. It is a safe and welcoming space for anyone on their wellness journey; the curious, the novice, those who dabble and those who are already committed to the lifestyle. The content is inspired by Black history & culture and the needs of the community.

Seconds and Thirds was birthed during the 2020 pandemic, a time when the health and wellbeing of the world was in jeopardy. It brought to the surface the longtime health disparities Black communities face. Black people suffered at an exponentially higher rate than other races, a direct result of being consistently overlooked in healthcare and a lack of community resources. 

The looming uncertainty that the pandemic had over the world coupled with the hypervisualization of the abuse and murder of Black bodies, left the mental health of many in rapid decline.

One thing we learned for certain is that we must create the changes we want for ourselves. Here at Second2 & Third3 we are committed to being an agent of change, providing resources for physical, mental and spiritual growth, all whilst reminding the community of our beauty, magnitude, and history. By offering our expanding community tools to improve various aspects of their lives, we are ensuring longevity for ourselves and generations to come.
